As the founder of Kaleidoscope.Consulting, Rachel’s philosophy is built upon identifying and developing peoples’ unique strengths to support transformational change. Through coaching, Rachel helps her clients achieve breakthroughs that lead to personal growth and possibilities that might previously have seemed unimaginable.
With over 20 years of corporate experience, including 13 years in the telecom industry, Rachel is uniquely suited to executive coaching. She has a successful track record as a collaborative leader and coach that built high-performance teams by breaking down silos, facilitating effective communication and always keeping the bottom line top of mind. Rachel is an experienced leader who knows how to drive topline growth, enhance customer service and retention, and execute successful strategies and change in multi-channel environments. Leveraging her background in business development, sales relationship management, training, program management, marketing and people development, Rachel brings an understanding of successful corporate strategy to her coaching practice.
Rachel has a Bachelor of Science from the University of Toronto and received her executive coaching accreditation from Royal Roads University. Rachel is a Professional Certified Coach, credentialed by the International Coaching Federation.
